Refund policy

At HK Collection, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
